Welcome to Purring Banshee Studios, home of artist / teacher Cathleen McGowan.

Cathleen's work is often symbolic in meaning. She creates mostly in clay, both wheel-thrown pottery and sculpture, but also explores other sculptural media, painting, and photography. Purring Banshee Studios is always happy to do custom work.

Cathleen is a masters level certified art teacher living in Pennsylvania, and is available to give private and group lessons and raku parties at your site or hers.
